We believe that the Cleantech, Software and Sci-tech markets are prime areas for making investments which have high performance potential.  Green Room investment strategy and focus has been to commit a full range of experience and resources to an already fragmented market with relatively low competition.  Thus, ensuring that our companies succeed both in the near and long term.  We help our Business Units through the various business cycles (Start-up to potential IPO or M&A) and with developing and deploying patented and patent-pending solutions. 

 

Green Room invests in niche companies, market leaders or companies with the ability to become market leaders and then typically executes a number of add-on acquisitions in order to consolidate its market position. The companies must offer growth potential and value creation through injection of equity capital and use of network and expertise. Green Room should have the opportunity to take at least 20% or more stake, either alone or together with other financial investors.
